What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Our formulas are crafted in small batches, using intentional ingredients that work with your body—not mass-market products.
That said, if your order arrives damaged or something feels off, email us at returns@healingwthn.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
Can I return a product I opened but didn’t like?
We don’t accept returns on used or opened products. But we’re here to listen if your experience wasn’t what you hoped for.
What if my item arrives damaged or something’s off with my order?
Email us within 14 days of delivery at returns@healingwthn.com. Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short note. We’ll take care of it.
Can I exchange an item for a different one?
At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. That said, if your experience didn’t land how you hoped, contact us—we’ll find a thoughtful path forward.
How long does it take to hear back?
Our care team responds within 1–3 business days. No automated replies. Just humans who care.
Is there a time window for contacting you about a problem?
Yes please reach out within 14 days of delivery. After that, we may not be able to assist.
