Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. Automatically applied at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. We’re exploring global options—sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are generally delivered between 3–7 business days from after shipping confirmation. Delays may occur during high-volume times or due to carrier issues. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Has my order shipped yet?

You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you haven’t received it, check your spam folder or reach out to us.

Can I cancel or change my order?


Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. But if you made a mistake, email us we’ll try to catch it before it ships.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us right away at support@healingwthn.com. We’ll do our best to update the address before it leaves our studio.

What if I haven’t received my order?

First, check your tracking link and confirm with the carrier. If something’s still off, open a claim with your carrier and email us at support@healingwthn.com within 14 business days of expected delivery.

*After this period, we are not able to claim any lost orders.

What happens if my package is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?

We recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier first. If it’s still missing, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date. We’ll do our best to help resolve it.

What happens if my package can't be delivered or is returned?

If a package can't be delivered due to incorrect information, it will be returned, and reshipment fees will apply. 
For failed delivery attempts, the recipient is responsible for managing the delivery after the shipment has left our studio. 

Can I ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address?

Please be advised that shipments to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not supported.
